The HPI Future SOC Lab offers researchers free of charge access to a powerful infrastructure to conduct their research activities. Over 530 research projects were supported by our Lab since it was launched together with Dell EMC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Fujitsu, and SAP in 2010.
All proposals must be submitted by April 12, 2020 (1 month, 2 weeks left). Your project proposal should be short and concise. Please use the following form for your submission:
The Steering Committee decisions about the approval of your project will be announced as part of the next HPI Future SOC Lab Day on April 21, 2020. The registration for the event is done via our website:
Researchers can apply to gain access to this infrastructure by submitting project proposals. Project proposals are reviewed and approved by a Steering Committee which is led by the head of HPI, Prof. Dr. Christoph Meinel, and which comprises representatives from HPI and the industry partners.
Projects are approved for the length of one Future SOC Lab period, which starts shortly with a HPI Future SOC Lab Day and ends with the following Lab Day, approximately six months later. Proposals for follow-up projects can be submitted in subsequent call for projects , with the next one being published in Fall 2020.
